Manage email and CRM lifecycle campaigns from start to finish for a variety of direct to consumer brands
Audit current email marketing programs & build a roadmap for activating prospects and driving repeat purchases from current customers
Develop audience, targeting, and segmentation strategies based on data that deliver on revenue objectives
Work cross functionally with dev and creative teams to build email marketing campaigns that are QA’d and error free
Run A/B tests to improve subject lines for open rates, and content for CTRs
Analyze and present back campaign results to clients always with a view to better performance
Become the subject matter expert in email performance: design, segmentation, technology
Build an email marketing roadmap internally for the agency, as well as for our clients
Assist in sales meeting and build email marketing plans for client proposals
2+ years experience in technical email marketing
Knowledge of Klaviyo and/or other email marketing platforms like Navis, MailChimp, and Bronto
Knowledge of HTML and working with Shopify
Proven track record of creating, implementing and optimizing complex email programs to meet business goals
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles & channels (SEO/SEM, paid social, etc)
