Founded in 1998 in Napa Valley, Auberge Resorts Collection has created a timeless collection of exceptional properties globally, each with its own distinctive character that assures a memorable experience.
After a rigorous pitch process involving 30+ agencies, King & Partners was chosen as Auberge Resorts Collection’s agency of record for branding, digital and content.
We launched a new visual identity that maintains the soul of Auberge Resorts Collection and its unique properties, with added freshness and relevance.
Our goal was emotion before information – King & Partners established an overarching creative direction that represents the light, warmth and life of Auberge Resorts Collection, followed by a thorough audit of all existing assets for all resorts, identifying asset needs for each hotel. We then creative directed a specific mood for each resort, as well as casting and styling direction and finally helped to select production partners to work with us on the shoots.

As a central hub of Auberge Resorts Collection, Aubergeresorts.com offers an immersive experience designed for various ways of browsing resorts – by experience, destination or occasion.
Cinematic landing on each resort’s homepage captures the essence of each destination and sets a distinctive mood.
Experience becomes the focal point of the new site. It’s all about what you can do, when it comes to modern travelers.
Immersive experience for accommodation section that transports viewers the destination. Again, emotion before information.
Making sure all elements feel cohesive with the new look & feel, we also created maps for all resorts, injecting the warm, soft feel to informational graphics.
New sites are built upon robust CMS using Bedrock WordPress for managing content across 25+ resort websites. We achieved this through an extremely modular approach where templates are broken down into components that can be flexibly arranged and customized to create unique layouts.
Our creative and development team followed industry best practices and worked closely with ADA expert Level Access to implement their ADA feedback. The result was 91% rating AA WCAG 2.0 compliance.
