Since 1888, Houlihan Lawrence has built a reputation for exceeding expectations in real estate. They’ve never stopped innovating, but with an increasingly saturated market in the areas “North of NYC,” Houlihan Lawrence needed a creative approach that didn’t look like what any other luxury real estate brand was doing.
Our first project with Houlihan Lawrence was to help them tackle boring suburban stereotypes and transform New Yorkers’ perceptions of the areas “up north,” encompassing all lands between Westchester and the Catskill Mountains.
We then won the highly competitive pitch to become the branding, advertising, and marketing Agency of Record for Houlihan Lawrence.
One of our first deliverables was revised branding and full brand identity guidelines that could be scaled across all regional offices.
A major part of our remit was to make the listings magazines stand out from the monotony of real estate publications.
Our brand strategy targets both buyers and sellers in local and global markets.
Houlihan Lawrence is very data focused, and uses data throughout print and digital collateral. We created branding guidelines for infographics for a consistent visual tone.
