In 2022, King & Partners was brought on by Savanna to be the Agency of Record for this new residential development in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Our challenge with Olara was clear, how do we define a new kind of luxury living in the Palm Beaches. A lifestyle that captivates a younger audience seeking a coastal oasis that feels modern while maintaining West Palm’s signature prestige and panache.

We developed every aspect of the residential experience with this goal in mind, creating a rich and layered brand story and look and feel that communicates all the amenities a modern resident expects with a unique and refined brand image. We created a captivating campaign to engage prospective residents prelaunch, driving excitement and sales as the development takes shape.
