The Account Director is RESPONSIBLE FOR:

 

Overseeing a team of Account Managers/Project Managers

Owning project timelines and work plans inclusive of branding, content, web design and development

Strategic project planning

Supporting the CEO and business development team in project pitches

Lead meetings and conference calls

Communicate project issues, risks and potential resolutions to the management team

Communicate strategic recommendations to clients, team members and senior management on a regular basis

Consistently identify needs that clients may not recognize and ensure approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs

MUST HAVE:

A entrepreneurial flair and exceptional taste

A proactive attitude and a multitude of great ideas

Experience with complex projects for high-end brands across retail, fashion, and luxury

Experience with branding and digital projects

Superior organization and communication skills

A ‘get it done’ mentality and be passionate, self-motivated and a team player
