King & Partners partnered with Related Ross to develop the brand for Edgeworth, a new waterfront residential development in West Palm Beach comprising two waterfront towers and 184 residences. Edgeworth presents a new expression of contemporary Palm Beach living, with architecture by Kohn Pedersen Fox and interiors by March and White Design.

Set between the Intracoastal and the energy of downtown West Palm Beach, Edgeworth is shaped by a sense of balance, between water and city, movement and restoration, refinement and ease. Residences are complemented by an expansive approach to wellness, hospitality, and service, creating an experience designed to elevate the rhythms of everyday life.

King & Partners was engaged to define the strategy and positioning, develop the Edgeworth name and brand identity, and bring the brand to life across sales materials, website design and development, signage, campaign, content creative direction, and advertising.
