Fouquet’s Hotel & Residences Miami Design District is a landmark mixed use development designed by David Chipperfield Architects with interiors by RDAI that brings together luxury residential living and a world class hospitality offering in the heart of Miami’s Design District. In partnership with Fouquet’s, DACRA, Raycliff and Fort Partners, the project features beautiful branded residences alongside a hotel, retail, and dining, all centered around wellness, culture, and design excellence.

King & Partners was engaged to establish the strategic foundation for the project, developing a clear positioning, narrative, and identity that could unify the residential and hospitality offering while remaining adaptable as the development evolved. Inspired by the architecture, location, and the Fouquet’s sensibility, the resulting brand expression balances cultural relevance with timeless luxury, creating a distinctive identity that feels both deeply rooted in place and built to endure.   We also developed and executed an integrated marketing and media strategy that positioned Fouquet’s Miami as one of the city’s most coveted luxury destinations.
