Banyan Tree Residences West Palm Beach marks the brand’s first residential address in the United States. Developed by MAST Capital and located in the heart of West Palm Beach, the project brings together a limited collection of 88 residences, combining architecture, design, and hospitality through a contemporary interpretation of the Banyan Tree lifestyle.
King & Partners was engaged to define the brand positioning and develop the identity, digital experience, and launch materials for the project. Our goal was to evolve the Banyan Tree brand for a new context, establishing a more design-led and contemporary expression while maintaining the integrity and recognition of the existing brand. Through positioning, identity, and storytelling, we created a refined residential brand that aligns the heritage of Banyan Tree with the expectations of a new generation of luxury buyers.
