Tony is a CEO and creative leader with over 25 years of global experience working for the world’s leading fashion, hospitality, lifestyle and luxury brands. Tony is widely regarded as a branding, digital and marketing expert.
Tony has worked with some of the world’s leading lifestyle, fashion and hospitality brands including LVMH, Gucci, Alexander McQueen, Stella McCartney, Yves Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Bentley, The Boca Raton, Edition Hotels, Faena, The Mark, Soho Grand, The Bowery, The Greenwich Hotel, Skims, Neuehouse, Four Seasons, JP Morgan Chase and many others.
In 2023 Tony was invited to become a member of Google’s Hotel Advisory Council.
Tony continues to be highly involved in ideas and creative direction as well as running and growing the agency.
Inii started her career alongside Tony at Createthe Group, the first agency specializing in luxury, fashion and lifestyle sector.
In 2010, Inii co-founded King & Partners, with an aim to build an agency that produces amazing work, fosters long term client relationships and has a focus on brand growth. She successfully leads branding, digital and marketing engagements for some of the best fashion, luxury and hotel brands in the world including SKIMS, Auberge Resorts Collection, Surf Air, Neuehouse, The Mark, The Greenwich Hotel, The Bowery, Blue Bottle Coffee, JP Morgan Chase and many others.
Erika is COO for King & Partners, overseeing agency operations. She excels in managing large-scale projects with multiple, complex delivery pipelines. Before joining King & Partners, Erika worked in London where she oversaw the content creation and subsequent delivery of campaigns for luxury Fashion & Beauty clients including Gucci, Coty and Zara. Her previous experience working in-house ensures she understands client needs and works to facilitate a smooth project flow with client teams.
Erika holds a B.A. in Anthropology from McGill University, a Project Management Certificate from Cornell and speaks French fluently.
Rob has been guiding brands through conception, launch, and growth for over 10 years. Starting in entertainment at CAA, Rob worked with celebrity and talent brands to create and expand their brands across CPG, lifestyle, beauty, entertainment, sports, tech and more.To then gain true understanding of how to be an operator and marketer, Rob then spent 2 years at MedMen, the nation’s biggest Cannabis retail brand to lead Marketing, Partnerships, and Loyalty. Now back on the agency side leading Business Development at K&P, Rob continues to help brands realize their goals and drive growth with a keen understanding of to turn complex brand issues into a clear scope of work.
Joe Granato is a creative director with a career focused on branding in New York City. From globally recognized brands, to launching new brands to market, he works closely with clients and colleagues to uncover ownable stories, craft unique identities, and build thoughtful design systems positioned for success. Joe has led teams at both branding and advertising agencies, and was a Senior Lecturer at The University of the Arts. In 2013, he was the recipient of the Armin Hofmann Award for Excellence in Graphic Design. He holds a BFA with honors in graphic design, with a minor in creative writing.
Minh Anh Vo Schuft is a creative director with a background in branding and typography.
She has worked both at agencies and in-house in New York City and has led projects at King & Partners in luxury hospitality, real estate and fashion, including Auberge Resorts Collection, Nemacolin, Aurora Anguilla, Skims, and JP Morgan Chase.
Her expertise is crafting thoughtful brands that come to life through meaningful physical activations with a focus on elevated print materials, packaging as well as signage systems. Minh Anh is originally from France and based in our Paris office. She studied Visual Communication in Paris at l’École Duperré and Typography in Brussels at La Cambre
Ruth is a creative director specializing in luxury and hospitality brand building. She has worked both at agencies and in-house, in London and New York, and has a broad expertise and skillset that has enabled her to craft globally-recognized brands and products. Previously, Ruth has held roles as Global Design Director at Soho House, leading the creative department as the company expanded its global offering; Creative Director at Eleven Madison Park and Eleven Madison Home; Creative Director at Life House Hotels. She has launched multiple hospitality projects including The Ned, Wildflower Farms, Soho Farmhouse, Dumbo House, and Soho Warehouse; and designed stage suits for Mick Jagger and tailored cycling clothing with Rapha.
Originally hailing from the UK, Ruth is now based in NYC.
Justin excels at guiding and leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. Justin has worked with us since 2011 and has launched the eCommerce sites and digital flagships of many prestige brands. Justin works with clients to identify needs and architect technical solutions that will be delivered on-time and within budget, while enforcing the highest possible coding standards.
