The Marketing Manager (Hospitality) will work with hotel and resort brands and lead marketing planning and execution. This is a cross functional role that spans our creative, tech, analytics and growth teams working closely with our clients on achieving their business goals. The ideal candidate is multi faced – someone who is excited to exercise creative thinking while anticipating what campaign ideas will ultimately resonate with consumers.
This role requires a creative thinker with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and the digital landscape, including SEM, paid social, programmatic, and analytics. The ideal candidate will also have experience with traditional media and out-of-home (OOH) advertising, enabling a holistic approach to our marketing efforts. We are looking for a candidate who is multi faced – someone who is excited to exercise creative thinking while anticipating what campaign ideas will ultimately resonate with consumers.
— Generate creative ideas, marketing strategies and build campaigns in order to drive customer acquisition, retention, enhance brand visibility, drive website traffic, and increase direct bookings.
— Ensure portfolio brands are meeting brand and revenue targets while working closely with creative, marketing & analytics teams.
— Narrate a brand’s vision and come up with campaign ideas that align within the overall brand strategy while maximizing ROAS. Execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive website traffic, and increase direct bookings.
— Develop, optimize, and manage paid search and paid social campaigns to maximize ROAS.
— Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure success and inform future strategies.
— Manage the daily pacing of our client’s marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
— Managing budgets and forecasts as well as weekly and monthly reporting with a view to improving return on ad spend and customer acquisition/retention results.
— Conduct competitor research, and lead benchmarking activities to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and business performance.
— Provide messaging and copy thought-starters for campaigns, brand messaging, etc.
— Lead Keynote marketing strategy presentations with existing and prospective clients.
— Working with creative team on campaign planning and messaging. Provide actionable creative feedback.
— Working with customer analytics to build guest insights and better understanding of customers (acquisition vs retention)
— Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, compliance and best practices in digital and traditional marketing to continuously improve our online presence
— 6+ years of experience working in-house for a hospitality or ecommerce brand.
— Holistic strategy experience spanning both performance and brand marketing tactics.
— Strong knowledge of SEM, Google Analytics, and paid social media platforms (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok).
— Ability to lead with a client service-centric mindset.
— Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
— Experience in developing and leading high-performing individuals and team.
— Advanced proficiency with Keynote.
— Comfortable presenting and communicating with clients directly.
— Must be a great collaborator and creative partner.
— Should be able to work well independently.

The compensation range for this position is between $80,000 – $130,000. The salary will commensurate with the candidate’s overall work experience.
