Manages the account management team with an eye on all project timelines and work plans, and calendars
Works directly Director of Client Services to maintain correct account management strategy
Assigns project tasks and ensuring milestones are hit
Tracks project actuals and manages scope creep
Ensures the account management team are thinking in a pro-active manner and that K&P is adding value to our client engagements
Management of projects delivering branding, content, and digital products
Scoping and resourcing
Create project plans and timelines to complete a variety of deliverables including strategy, branding, collateral designs, content, site design and build
Collaborate with technical project managers and the development team, create detailed sprint plans for website development and manage the development process
Tracking project budgets, generating analytics reports and supporting the business development team in drafting project estimates, statements of work, and change orders
The ability to keep clients and projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes
Lead meetings and conference calls, take notes and distribute to the project team
Communicate strategic recommendations to clients, team members and senior management on a regular basis

Agency experience in an Account Management role overseeing other Account Managers.
Experience working with teams of creative and developers.
