The Digitization of a Master Architect's Vision
David Chipperfield’s first residential project in NYC required a digital home reflecting the esteemed architect’s design principles.
Our digital strategy encouraged early engagement from the target audience. We first launched a holding page to build a database of potential purchasers.
Next was a landing page that introduces the renowned architect, the building architecture, and the neighborhood.
The final iteration of the site is a fully-fledged marketing tool to drive inquiries and sales office appointments.
Branding and renders by Noë & Associates.
Chipperfield’s minimalistic design principles and painstaking attention to detail are reflected in the site design, which emphasize the richness of materials and the considered modulation of light and views.
We incorporated key branding elements throughout the site with subtle animation.
Site users can drag their cursor to explore the views from each residence and zoom into detailed floorplans.
We created a Neighborhood page with a bespoke map that gives context to the building’s central location. The map’s neighborhood recommendations can be filtered by destination type.
We shot neighborhood photography to give a sense of what the area can offer to residents.
