The Senior Art Director is an experienced designer who is excited to collaborate with our talented team to create high-quality branding and collateral designs. The ideal candidate should have a proven history with creating timeless brand and authentic identities, and a discerning eye and understanding of brand strategy. In addition, the Senior Art Director should also be a clear communicator, organized, obsessed with details and able to manage their time when working across multiple projects and deadlines. 

RESPONSIBILITIES –

Collaborate with experienced creative leads to execute beautiful and functional visuals across brand touchpoints.

Serve as the creative lead on a project once the core branding has been established.

Partner with account management, strategy, copywriting, and developers to ensure project deliverables and deadlines meet and/or exceed client expectations.

Provide multiple design solutions in response to assigned client briefs.

Present work to the creative and project teams – making sure to bring a strong design point of view into the conversation.Ensure project deliverables adheres to brand standards.

Come up with fresh and innovative ideas and concepts.

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED –

6+ years of experience in a strategy role at a creative agency, particularly focused on brand strategy and brand building in the hospitality space.

Holistic strategy experience spanning social media, campaign, and brand building.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable presenting and communicating with clients directly.

Must be a great collaborator and creative partner.

Should be able to work well independently.

COMPENSATION –

The compensation range for this position is between $85,000 – $110,000. The salary will commensurate with the candidate’s overall work experience.
