The Senior Art Director is an experienced creative visionary who is excited to collaborate with our talented team on photoshoots, campaigns and design execution. The ideal candidate should have a proven history with bringing conceptual ideas to life along with executing and designing world-class campaigns. We also expect this person to have substantial experience working cross functionally with senior creative leads, account management and strategy when it comes to pre and post production activities such as organizing shoots, directing content, etc.

The ideal candidate should be a clear communicator, organized, obsessed with details and able to manage their time when working across multiple projects and deadlines.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES – 

Collaborate with experienced creative leads to conceive ideas, execute content, and ensure output adheres to brand guidelines and upholds design consistency.

Oversee client photoshoots and ensure the conceptual thinking is captured within each frame.

Partner with account management, strategy, copywriting, and developers to ensure project deliverables and deadlines meet and/or exceed client expectations.

Provide multiple creative solutions in response to assigned client briefs.

Present work to the creative and project teams – making sure to bring a strong conceptual point of view into the conversation.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – 

6+ years of experience in art direction and design, ideally within a creative and brand-focused agency.

A solid foundation in layout, drawing, colors, and typography.

Ability to come up with creative solutions and concepts that fully align with client needs.

Demonstrated history of creating original ideas that pushes brands further.

Ability to present concepts to internal teams, non-designers and clients.

COMPENSATION – 

The compensation range for this position is between $100,000 – $160,000. The salary will commensurate with the candidate’s overall work experience.
