The Paid Social Manager/Senior Manager is an experienced digital marketer and will work with our hospitality and direct to consumer brands on achieving customer acquisition/retention goals. This is a cross functional role that spans creative, analytics, growth, and ecommerce management teams.
Managing & executing paid social campaigns and develop strategies for customer acquisition, and retention with a focus on FB/Instagram.
Working closely with creative team to brainstorm new ad formats that convert prospects into buyers while maintaining brand standards
Weekly client calls focused on improving performance and reviewing results
Ideating, executing, reporting, and optimizing all campaigns including all media trafficking and campaign set up
Data analysis – reporting and telling the story on what’s happening in campaigns and how to improve.
Understanding our client’s business objectives and help them deliver results through performance marketing
2-3 years managing performance paid social for e-commerce brands ($50k+ / month budgets)
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics; expertise working on multi channel digital campaigns
Knowledge of marketing attribution as well as Shopify and e-commerce platforms;
Strong data analysis and excel skillset
Strong presentation/communication skills
