The Marketing Manager (Hospitality) will work with hotel and resort brands and lead the marketing planning and execution.
This is a cross functional role that spans our creative, tech, analytics, social, and growth teams working closely with our clients on achieving their business goals.
Leading marketing planning for digital marketing/email and social media
Managing budgets and forecasts as well as weekly and monthly reporting with a view to improving return on ad spend and customer acquisition/retention results
Working with creative team on campaign planning and messaging
Educating internal teams on best practices and hospitality industry trends
Working with customer analytics to build guest insights and better understanding of customers (acquisition vs retention)
3-5 years experience managing digital marketing and customer acquisition for hospitality clients
Strong knowledge of hospitality marketing best practices and achieving financial performance (ADR, ROAS, RevPar)
Experience working with creative, media, social & analytics teams in a cross functional environment
Interest in luxury marketing and premium branding
