King & Partners is looking to hire a Marketing Analytics Manager to join our world-class marketing team. We’re looking to expand our current analytics function, and there’s an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to help shape the role, contribute to building a stronger analytics team and ensure we are supporting clients with the right data-driven services and actionable insights. This role would report directly to the Senior CRM Manager.

While the agency promotes flexibility, we would strongly prefer the Marketing Analytics Manager to be based out of New York City or interested in relocating to the area.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES – 

Ownership of business, ecommerce and marketing audits and reporting, both in-depth and at an executive level.

Creating, updating and maintaining dashboards for business, website and digital marketing insights.

Conduct customer lifetime value analysis and build advanced segments with CRM data.

Share best practices on media mix modeling and cross-channel attribution with marketing team leads and clients.

Work closely with marketing team members on A/B testing analysis and customer journey mapping.

Collaborate closely with digital marketing and other team members to drive performance and actions based on data-informed insights.

Conduct industry research and benchmarking for direct-to-consumer and hospitality clients.

Set-up and optimize GA4 across client websites.

Set-up and optimize GTM and conversion tracking for Meta and other platforms across client websites.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – 

3+ years work experience as an analyst or analytics manager, either in-house or within an agency.

Experience conducting audits based on customer insights, general business and digital marketing.

Experience using and developing Google Data Studio/Looker dashboards.

Experience with advanced segmentation, lifetime value analysis and related concepts.

Proficiency with SQL, Python and BigQuery.

Experience with Fivetran and setting up ETL pipelines.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and multi-channel attribution.

Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to tell a story with data and to synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.

NICE TO HAVE – 

Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking with Meta pixels.

Experience with setting up conversion tracking for social media platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest and Linkedin.

Experience creating surveys to drive customer insights.

COMPENSATION – 

The compensation range for this position is between $90,000 – $115,000. The salary will commensurate with the candidate’s overall work experience.
