The Junior Marketing Manager will work with hospitality and lifestyle brands and lead execution on paid media channels.
This is a cross functional role that spans our creative, tech, analytics and growth teams working closely with our clients on achieving their business goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, with specific experience in managing Google Ads, Display, Hotel Ads and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns. Additionally, a well-rounded understanding of Paid Social media strategies is essential. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our marketing initiatives and drive measurable results.
— Execute and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads.
— Manage and optimize Hotel Ads campaigns to maximize bookings and return on ad spend (ROAS).
— Utilize Performance Max (PMax) campaigns to drive performance across Google’s full range of advertising channels.
— Execute and optimize P paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
— Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports with actionable insights.
— Manage the daily pacing of our client’s marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
— Working with our creative team on campaign planning and messaging. Provide actionable creative feedback.
— Working with customer analytics to build guest insights and better understanding of customers (acquisition vs retention).
— Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in PPC and Paid Social advertising.
— Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
— 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC and Paid Social advertising.
— Proven experience managing Hotel Ads and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns.
— Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
— Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
— Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
— Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
— Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
— Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
— Advanced proficiency with Keynote.
— Comfortable presenting and communicating with clients directly.
— Must be a great collaborator and creative partner.

The compensation range for this position is between $80,000 – $95,000. The salary will commensurate with the candidate’s overall work experience.
