The Growth Marketing Director DTC is RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Acting as the Marketing Lead for our Direct to Consumer / eCommerce clients

Developing marketing strategy internally working with digital media, SEO, email, creative, organic social & tech teams to deliver on revenue goals for our clients

Planning marketing channels and media investment and report back ROI results

Leading client meetings from a marketing perspective to share progress against goals

Owning marketing roadmap and weekly reporting/insights for clients

Proactively identifying channel optimization and growth opportunities working with the broader K&P team

Leading short and long term cross channel strategic planning for client growth programs

MUST HAVE:

8+ years of digital marketing, eCommerce & customer acquisition experience

Strong knowledge of customer acquisition best practices and emerging channels (paid social/influencers/paid search, etc)

Strong understanding of media & customer metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV)

Experience testing and scaling new paid marketing channels
