The Digital Marketing Analyst is an enthusiastic, data-driven individual looking to hone their skills in customer acquisition through digital channels. This person will work with our hospitality and direct to consumer brands to achieve customer acquisition and retention goals. This is a cross functional role that spans creative, analytics, growth, and ecommerce management teams.
Create, build, & execute paid search and paid social campaigns with a focus on Google Ads & Meta.
Work in-platform building, setting up, QA-checking, and analyzing campaign performance.
Drive optimizations, provide recommendations, work proactively to highlight findings to channel managers.
Participate in weekly client calls focused on improving performance and reviewing results alongside channel managers.
Keyword research, campaign planning, strategizing, forecasting.
Ideate, execute, report, and optimize all campaigns including all media trafficking and campaign set up.
Data analysis – reporting and telling the story on what’s happening in campaigns and how to improve across paid media and email
Understand our client’s business objectives and contribute to results through performance marketing
1-2 years of experience & a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, an equivalent analytical field, and/or experience in data analysis or marketing.
Strong excel skill – vlookups, pivot tables, sumifs, etc…
The desire to learn, grow, take feedback, and be proactive.
Interest in data analysis, digital marketing, creative, and analytics.
Strong presentation/communication skills as well as time management.
