Calculate CRM metrics, such as customer lifetime value and customer acquisition costs
Segment customer databases using RFMx analysis and other relevant metrics (geo/demographics or other data appending)
Perform thorough analysis of customer behavior, such as purchase behavior, cohort analysis, and frequency and email engagement. Translate analytical findings into actionable insights for the email and paid media teams.
Reporting/Analysis – Work closely with the marketing team to articulate best practices, share customer behavior trends, recap performance, and assess against marketing objectives.
Forecasting of CRM KPIs, conduct competitive analysis to maintain a pulse on acquisition trends and behavior, unlock new opportunities, and increase retention.
Work with acquisition team to uncover revenue opportunities & enable data-driven decisions by providing insights on customer, channel, product and campaign levels
Maintain CRM databases and identification of high value customers for targeting and building lookalike audiences (value based segmentation)
2-4 years of experience in consumer data analytics (data science is a plus)
Strong understanding of CRM, digital marketing and eCommerce (segmentation & targeting strategies)
Experience working cross-functionally, especially with partners without deep data expertise
Comfortable working and combining data from different sources, including CRMs, ESPs, etc.
