The CRO primarily responsible for identifying and executing tangible solutions to drive higher conversion rates and revenue through the introduction and continuous testing of new features and functionalities. As a CRO Specialist, you will use a mix of creativity and strong analytical skills to identify website optimization opportunities for our clients and then develop and execute strategy to turn those ideas into an optimization and testing plan.
Use qualitative and quantitative sources of data to develop and execute a conversion rate optimization strategy and testing plan for our businesses
Develop hypotheses and build and execute A/B or multivariate tests according to the optimization strategy and testing plan.
Partner with the internal design and development team to recommend changes based on winning test results.
Help create initial, quarterly, and monthly client reports based on test results and other ongoing initiatives.
Own, execute, and project manage the CRO roadmap, which includes tangible solutions to improve site speed, conversion rate, and checkout flow.
Research ideas for marketing landing pages with support from creative and performance marketing teams.
3+ years of experience managing and improving high growth DTC brands
Experience with Shopify Plus.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads and other analytical tools
Solid understanding of Digital Marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, etc.).
Strong organizational, analytical, prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills – both oral and written.
