The Chief People Officer is RESPONSIBLE FOR

Managing all aspects of recruiting including communication and ensuring a perfect experience

Collaborate with dept heads and account managers to determine recruitment needs and timing

Drive recruitment marketing activities to attract best in class talent

Coordinate the interview and evaluation process

Facilitate onboarding  for new team members across our offices in NYC, LA and Miami, as well as remotely

MUST HAVE:

4+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role within an agency

Proven success in building people programs and processes

Experience managing HR tools

Excellent communication, and organizational skills

Resourceful and excited about building the the absolute best team possible

A strong moral compass and an ability to manage confidential information and sensitive situations with panache
