RESPONSIBILITIES – 

Perform detailed and insightful research on new business leads

Develop a deep understanding of the mission, vision and strategic capabilities of the agency in order to handle new business conversations

Respond to requests for proposals and create presentations that make a lasting impression on potential clients

Execute strategic outbound lead generation via networking, events, and outreach

Outline drafts of proposal and SOWs

Welcoming potential new clients to K&P office and leading introductory/credentials meetings

Track all active leads, manage updates, and report on results

Support in coordination of meetings for leadership

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – 

4+ years expertise in sales or business development in a similar agency model

A dedicated networker who will drive the agency’s profile

Strong knowledge and experience working alongside branding, marketing, and creative services

Strong presentation skills and client communication

Experience creating Keynote proposals

Advanced knowledge of the trades and brands across fashion, luxury, lifestyle and hospitality

Good business judgment/commercial acumen

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment

COMPENSATION – 

The compensation range for this position is between $100,000 – $140,000. The salary will commensurate with the candidate’s overall work experience.
