Gather, evaluate and document business needs and requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
Research and demo third party applications/vendors on behalf of the client for vetting different solutions
Document the integrations and provide guidance into end to end testing
Work with the team on the scoping and resourcing of the technical projects
2+ years’ experience working as a business analyst or project manager in an eCommerce or Web environment.
Experience with eCommerce platforms; Shopify is a plus.
Experience with eCommerce integrations – i.e., with ERP, OMS, WMS, CRM systems.
Experience operating in an Agile environment, writing user stories and functional requirements documents.
Ability to write test cases, train users and support rollouts
Ability to work on multiple assignments at one time with demonstrated follow through, attention to detail and commitment to client’s needs.
Knowledge of project management methodologies, building and managing sprint plans, scope of work, assessing resources, budgeting, risk management, scheduling and estimating.
Basic working web development knowledge
Experience with the following tools or their equivalent: GitHub, Asana, MS Project, Jira,
Superior organization and communication skills
A ‘get it done’ mentality and be passionate, self-motivated and a team player.
