The Account Manager is RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Managing project timelines and work plans inclusive of branding, content, web design and development

Project planning, scoping and resourcing

Tracking project budgets, generating analytics reports and supporting the business development team in drafting project estimates, statements of work, and change orders

The ability to keep clients and projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes

Lead meetings and conference calls, take notes and distribute to the project team

Communicate project issues, risks and potential resolutions to the internal team, and then the client

Communicate and document project status and strategic recommendations to clients, team members and senior management on a regular basis; escalate issues accordingly via the appropriate channels

Consistently identify needs that clients may not recognize and ensure approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs

Be full of great ideas


Experience with complex projects for high-end brands across retail, fashion, and luxury

Experience with eCommerce platforms and technology projects

Superior organization and communication skills

A ‘get it done’ mentality and be passionate, self-motivated and a team player.
